Delivery Options

For tracker installations, we offer our clients the following delivery options:

  1. An engineer will bring the product on the day of the installation.
  2. Items can be posted and tracked via a reliable mail service.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver nationwide orders within approximately 2-7 working days after receiving cleared payment. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please note that product availability may affect this schedule, and delays may occur that are beyond our control. Any delivery dates specified are approximate, and we will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from delivery delays.

If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you accordingly. In such cases, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. If there is a delay of more than 14 days, you have the right to cancel your order, and we will promptly refund any payments made for the goods.

Risk of Loss

Once the goods are delivered to your designated address, you will assume responsibility for them. We will only deliver to the address provided on the order, and items will not be left without a signature. From the moment of confirmed delivery, any loss or damage to the goods becomes your responsibility. Please ensure to note any transit damage, shortages, or incorrect items on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
